HOW we WORK

  • THE HUMAN

    Before we even discuss you as an athlete, we start at the most important level - who you are as a human, what are you predisposed genetic characteristics, and what are your general characteristics. We detrmine if your a wide or narrow person (ISA angle).

  • THE ATHLETE

    Next we look at you as an athlete in your chosen sport. How do you like to play the game, what are your "superpowers" and what is your "kryptonite," what feedback have your coaches given you. What position are you?, etc.

  • PERFORMANCE & MOVEMENT SCREEN

    Tier 1 - In this tier we do not performance and movement screen. But instead we go through a comphrensive questionaire where we gather all the info needed to give you a program that fits you best


    Tier 2 - In this Tier, we go through a comphrensive movement and performance screen where we go through all the key performance indicators to understand your strengths and weaknesses, your biomechanics and running mechanics. This allows us to provide a few comphrensive high performance training program 


    Tier 3 - This is our most indepth performance and movement screen where we test everything. We test a wide range of performance tests from fitness, acceleration, max velocity, jumping, agility and other key performance metrics


    We also go through a wide range of movements to get a very indepth understanding of your biomechanics, movement stratergies, potential injury risks and energy leaks. 


    In tier 3 we provide you a force-velocity and speed-endurance profile, aswell as bench mark all your performance metrics and provide you a report.


    In tier 3 - We compare your movement stratergies/biomechanics agaisnt our technical model of football specific movements to make you the most effective and efficient mover on the pitch



  • PROGRAM PERSCRIPTION

    After we have go through all your onboarding questionnaire, movement and performance screen we then provide you your training program which is personalised ar around your onboarding questions and your performance and movement screens. 


    Your training program is completely personalised around your  weekly game and training schedule (Tiers 1&2)


    Your program will be issued within 48 hours after recieving all the information

  • RE-TESTING

    Tiers 2 & 3 - Every 4-6 weeks (Whatever fits your schedule best) we do a re-testing. 


    This is allows us to get a very accurate understanding of your progress and the direction of your next training block
