I have trained football players from different levels, ages and abilities which needed more to help them reach the next level of their career. My training is perfect for all footballers at all stages of their career.
Never had any experience in the gym before
You are in a great position to really transform your athleticism. Don’t worry about anything I have a multiple different regressions for less experienced footballers which are going to provide the same training stimulus. I provide videos on how to do each exercise as well as sets, reps, rest & tempos. If you are young, you have a an even bigger opportunity for long-term athletic development .
Have a history of injuries and niggles
As a footballer there is nothing worse then sitting out injured. Strength training plays a major role in an athletes structural integrity to significantly reduce the risk from injuries occurring. I also provide bonus free weekly prehab/rehab exercises which you can add into your training if needed.
